Engage directly with people in hospital, listen to their style preferences, and use your care and creativity to make a meaningful difference.
Maitland Matters is a volunteer program at Maitland Mental Health Unit supporting recovery through social engagement, light activities, and clothing pool support. Volunteers assist with arts, games, and creating a welcoming environment during 4 hour weekday shifts. Training and orientation provided.
