What we’re looking for Confident communicator with a calm, friendly manner Comfortable speaking to large crowds and giving clear directions Reliable and punctual (events run on tight timings) Able to stand/walk for long periods (outdoor event) Basic tech confidence (ticket scanning apps) Team player who follows safety instructions Bonus (not required): Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer service Crowd control / queue management experience
