Women 4 STEM was founded in 2005 to address the inequities between women and their male counterparts in the workplace by providing a range of practical and sustainable initiatives that promote women’s entry, retention, and progression in STEM.

Calling all graduates, early entry Be the person you wish you’d had. As a Grad Girls Group Mentor, you’ll guide 5-6 women and gender diverse tech students through 6x facilitated virtual group mentoring sessions (across 7 months). You'll help students build confidence, clarity, and connection as they move from study to industry. No need to be a senior expert, just someone who wants to make a real difference.
