What you’ll bring

  • Excellent English language skills and hawk-eye attention to spelling and grammar.
  • Familiarity with EDM best practices (subject lines, alt text, accessibility).
  • Reliability and a willingness to commit ~4 hours each week.
  • A passion for gender equity and creating inclusive communities in STEM.

Nice to have (not essential—training provided):

  • Experience using CRM mass-emailing.
  • Experience using Teams and Slack

What’s in it for you

  • Free or heavily discounted tickets to our events.
  • Expand your professional network across tech, industry and advocacy.
  • Real-world portfolio pieces and a referee for future opportunities.
  • Be part of visible, measurable impact in the gender equity space.
  • Meet great people and have fun doing meaningful work.
