The Van Coordinator for New South Wales plays a vital role in supporting and overseeing the work of Regional Van Caretakers across all active 4 Voices regions. This role ensures consistency, reliability, and coordination of van operations to support frontline outreach services. The coordinator will provide guidance, troubleshoot logistics, and ensure that vans are safe, stocked, and operational, so that outreach teams can focus on delivering support to vulnerable women in our communities.

Help keep 4 Voices’ vans ready to deliver care and connection! As a Van Caretaker Volunteer, you will ensure our vans are safe, clean, and prepared each week, so they can operate on the frontline and provide vital support to vulnerable women when they need it most.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of our volunteer shift schedules and records within the Better Impact platform. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure shifts are accurate, processes are documented, and our data stays clean and current, enabling the 4 Voices team to deliver services confidently and safely.
