At 4 Voices, we support women to feel connected, capable and confident as they navigate life’s challenges. Through our Mobile Connection Hubs, volunteers provide practical help, digital access and steady encouragement.

Our Connection Hub Vans bring practical support and welcoming spaces directly into communities.

As a Frontline Scheduling Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a key role in ensuring our frontline services operate seamlessly. You will coordinate volunteer schedules, support team leaders, and help maintain consistent, high-quality service for women accessing our programs.

Approximately 4 hours per week, flexible and remote

What you will do:

  • Schedule new volunteers into shifts following induction and onboarding
  • Review and coordinate daily schedule gaps to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of service
  • Liaise with Frontline Leaders and State Managers to understand operational priorities and resourcing needs
  • Support short-term rescheduling to address absences, cancellations, or shift changes
  • Maintain visibility of driver and Team Leader availability for accurate workforce planning
  • Assist in preparing weekly scheduling reports, identifying risks, and supporting proactive resource planning

Who we are looking for:

  • Clear and professional communicator, able to liaise with leadership and volunteers
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Confident using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft apps
  • Able to prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to changing operational needs
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with digital admin tools
  • Committed to supporting frontline services that make a real difference in women’s lives
