At 4 Voices, we support women to feel connected, capable and confident as they navigate life’s challenges. Through our Mobile Connection Hubs and National Phone Support Service, volunteers offer practical support, encouragement and a listening ear to women experiencing isolation, hardship or crisis.
Our Phone Support Service connects women with a dedicated volunteer who calls regularly, creating a steady, supportive connection during difficult times.
As a Phone Support Team Leader, you will support and guide a small group of Phone Support Volunteers to ensure they feel confident, supported and connected in their role. You will help maintain a positive and collaborative team culture while ensuring volunteers are equipped to provide consistent, high-quality support.
Approximately 4 hours per week, flexible and remote
Your role:
- Support and guide Phone Support Volunteers in their role
- Facilitate regular team communication and connection
- Conduct check-ins with volunteers to offer guidance and encouragement
- Monitor volunteer wellbeing and escalate concerns when needed
- Review volunteer activity and documentation to support quality practice
- Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding and organisational processes
