Connect And Nurture is an in-home support program for new mothers with children aged between 0 and 3. We are looking for kind and nurturing local women who love to form social connections and want to support mothers to not feel alone in raising children. Volunteers visit families in their home for up to 2 hours a week over a 6 month period. This consistent support can be the difference in a mother's life and provides a empowering connection with their local community.

Volunteers will provide social support, companionship, listening ear and emotional support to people living with a life limiting illness. This includes emotional support and respite for carers. Companionship and support for a person who has a life limiting illness including those who are at end of life, either at home or in hospital - can visit Nepean Hospital or clients home.

Aged Care Volunteer Visitors are needed to change the lives of people living in Residential Aged Care. Spend time with residents one on one to build friendships and help out in a range of different activities to suit your interests.
