We are looking for a Food Hampers Volunteer who can assist with food hampers preparation every Thursday from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm to effectively distribute food hamper boxes to our low-income / disadvantaged community.

Chair exercise group volunteers bring the energy of a fitness workout but guide people with gentle movements, as participants are sitting comfortably in a chair. Perhaps you have a background in fitness, dance, yoga, physio or Pilates and you'd like to lead a small group. You'll be helping Patients in care to maintain their mobility as well as their healthy wellbeing - and have fun!
