You’ll help our users (charities and donors) navigate the platform and sort out any small hiccups. A friendly, helpful person who’s comfortable with tech will love this role.

This role is very much driven by the enquiries coming to the email addresses of admin@recovere.org and info@recovere.org and setting up systems to assist organistions and donor enquiries quickly.

Charity and Organisation Engagement You’ll help us welcome overseas charities and grassroots organisations to the Recovere platform so they can easily request what they need. You’ll build relationships and make sure they feel supported from the start.

Donor and Supporter Communications Volunteer'r role is all about sharing kindness and building trust. You’ll help write emails and updates for donors, showing them how their generosity is making a real difference.
