Are you someone who enjoys being in the kitchen and wants to make a meaningful impact in your community? By volunteering with BCR Communities’ Dementia Specific Respite Day Group, you’ll be helping to provide a much-needed break for carers while creating a warm, welcoming space for people living with dementia. Your help in the kitchen means participants can enjoy a nutritious meal and feel cared for, which makes all the difference.

Our group provides companionship, friendship, and a sense of community for older adults, at our centre, on bus trips or you could support 1:1 people in their homes or the community. We offer a variety of activities, shared meals, and supportive interactions that enrich the lives of our members. **Volunteer Role:** - Companionship - Activities -Shopping -Individual Social Outing -Meals
