As an organisation providing a service to young people under the age 18, each Little Athletics Centre affiliated with LAVIC must be compliant with the requirements of the Victorian Child Safe Standards to provide a child safe environment. To support the requirements of the legislated Child Safe Standards, it is a condition of affiliation that Centre appoint two Child Safe Officers.

The Registration Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe running of Little Athletics events. The Registration Coordinator will become subject matter experts in the Game Day and Results HQ systems, and oversee the participant registration process to help deliver a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants and their families.
