Responsibilities

• Manage participation registrations through the Game Day platform
• Assist families with account setup, troubleshooting, and renewal of registration
• Monitor registration numbers and report trends to the committee.
• Configure season events and weekly meets in ResultsHQ
• Ensure participant profiles are correctly linked to events for scoring and participation tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date participation information, including medical details and emergency contacts.
