Key Responsibilities Plating: Work on the assembly line to plate meals efficiently. Food safety compliance: Follow hand hygiene, PPE, and contamination/allergen controls at all times. Labelling: Label meals accurately. Packing: Pack meals and prepare for distribution Paperwork: Complete basic food safety paperwork and temperature logs as directed. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with catering staff and volunteers to meet production targets and schedules.

Mayfield Meals on Wheels, is 1 of 9 branches under the Newcastle Meals on Wheels banner, and currently serves over 110 clients around the Mayfield area. We are seeking 1-2 volunteers to work alongside our Branch Coordinator (BC), by providing support, team guidance and administrative duties whilst overseeing the daily operations in the Kitchen.
