We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Administrator to join our team of volunteers at Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children (ROMAC), a registered charity. We facilitate medical aid for children in the South Pacific, in the form of live saving and/or dignity restoring surgery. Our website is critical to our operations, enabling referrals of children who need our help and receiving donations to our charity to pay for treatment. This role is vital to our success.

We need someone with a native speaker level of English to help us respond promptly to SEEK applications from prospective volunteers for our retail assistant and waste warrior roles, so we can keep our shop running smoothly.

An experienced IT Manager / Tech support person is required to guide and support our technology deployment as we expand nationally. We use Office 365, Outlook email and Teams for video meetings at this time and will be deploying a commercial product (Teach n' Go) to manage our membership base.
