Training Coordinator
As a Training Coordinator, you will: ✅ Develop and implement an annual training calendar for outreach and phone support teams ✅ Manage and deliver training programs, including technical and process training ✅ Assess training needs and acquire relevant training resources ✅ Facilitate workshops and sessions (in-person or online) ✅ Create and maintain training materials, videos, and online courses ✅ Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes are met ✅ Identify and develop talent within the volunteer network ✅ Stay updated on training trends, technologies, and best practices
