As a Travel & Accommodation Administrator, you will: ✅ Coordinate travel & accommodation for volunteers and employees ✅ Research cost-effective travel options and provide recommendations within 48 hours ✅ Complete travel bookings promptly upon confirmation ✅ Ensure travelers receive detailed booking information and relevant documents ✅ Forward updates or changes to travel plans as soon as they are received ✅ Assist with financial reconciliation by providing tax invoices ✅ Maintain records of travel suppliers for easy reference
