4 Voices is not only delivering hope and connection for vulnerable women within our community - it provides our volunteers with: - a great way to connect with people who care about others. - a sense of belonging and community, - the opportunity to build a support system. - a boost to their self-confidence, self-esteem, and life satisfaction.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.
