Fitzroy Lions Soccer Club was established in 2013 to ensure kids living in public housing in Melbourne's inner north had opportunities to play sport, and to unite families of all backgrounds through the 'world game'. We are about more than just football – our ethos is to bring the community together and show that our diversity is our strength. One of our core missions is to remove any barriers to accessing organised sport. That's why Fitzroy Lions is completely free to play – the only registered soccer club in Victoria to offer this. No club fees, no registration fees, and all kit is provided free of charge.
