South Port DayLinks aim to improve the lives of older people and people with a disability in the City of Port Phillip by providing a range of community transport and support programs to enable independent living. South Port Day Links (SPDL) was established in 1988 and with a small team utilising the skills and enthusiasm of volunteers, we provide a range of programs aimed at keeping people in touch with their community and enhancing their quality of life. The programs are designed to encourage participation in individual and social activities, both inside and outside the home. SPDL programs are designed to encourage participation in individual and social activities, both inside and outside the home. The programs are designed for older people, people with a disability and the people that care for them. SPDL programs include DayLinks Community Transport, GardenMates, WalkMates and PetMates.
