SAFE (Sydney's Animals For Everyone) is a registered charity, launched in September 2017 by former staff of the Animal Welfare League. Since then we have earned a reputation as a trusted place where unwanted, homeless and stray animals can be cared for until they are matched with new owners. Our centre (SAFE Haven) is located in Sydney and has a dual purpose. It houses cats for rehoming/adoption as well as offering premium cat boarding which helps fund our charity. All dogs in SAFE's care are placed with foster carers. Our charity is run by volunteers. Our beautiful animals are surrendered by the public or come from the pound. They are microchipped, desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas/worms and health checked.
