As a Career Coach, you will: Guide students with career advice, subject choices, and education pathways. Share your own educational and professional experiences Support their academic growth and build motivation Encourage confidence, goal-setting, and resilience

Provide one-on-one or small group academic support in your area of expertise (e.g. literacy, numeracy, essay writing, research, study skills, specific subjects). Assist students to build study habits, time management and exam preparation skills. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Encourage and motivate students to achieve their learning goals. Communicate any concerns or feedback to the Study Hub Manager.
