Individual Social Support is about creating connections between isolated older people and the community. The community volunteers in this role are matched with an older person experiencing isolation for the purposes of social interaction, accompanied errands such as shopping, and increased community connection.

Social Support is about creating a welcoming environment where older people can feel safe and connected to their community. The volunteers in this role assist the group coordinator with the setup and facilitation of our communities of former Yugoslavia Seniors' Social Group.
