The 5x5 is a free, non-competitive community walking event set out over a 5km route. The course is completed once a week for 5 weeks and provides a fun, supportive and friendly framework to encourage long-term health and social benefits, providing links to ongoing opportunities for physical activity, and increasing social connectedness.
