Lotus provides fee-free counselling (donations accepted if appropriate), in addition to support for people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage through advocacy, transport and accompaniment to appointments, form filling, provision of supplies when available such as toiletries, blankets, mobile phones, shelf stable foods, referrals and social support.
