As the Student Placement Officer, you will be responsible for

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with RTOs, CEO, and students
  • Create and manage student schedule
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current students working at Lotus
  • Through regular communication, ensure students are aware of the specific roles and duties during their shifts
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and retention
  • Maintain and update the student database regularly
  • Identify and address any student conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Gathering feedback from students to enable Lotus to continuously improve students’ experience
  • Liaise with office manager to arrange and organise an induction for students
  • Uphold mission, vision, and values of Lotus
