Our Charity is self-funded and provides FREE Medical Transport to those in our community who are vulnerable, may live alone, and may be financially challenged. The main aim of this service is to ensure they receive the necessary transport and moral support to attend medical appointments, hence giving our clients a real opportunity of enhancing their overall quality of life whilst also helping them to connect with society.
