We provide responsive and flexible support services to people experiencing mental illness, disability or accommodation difficulties. Our aim is to improve an individual’s quality of life by encouraging active participation, social inclusion and promoting independence. Momentum Collective provides access to the opportunities and benefits which many of us take for granted – stable accommodation, access to medical and health care, education and employment, social and recreational activities and, most importantly, a sense of hope and belonging.
