The Social Media Volunteer will work alongside other FWP volunteers and staff, to create engaging, educational and inspirational content across multiple social media platforms to raise the profile of For Wild Places and our events. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the power of social media to engage people in positive change through storytelling and direct action.

We're looking for someone to lead the creation of our weekly FWP Newsletter — from compiling, editing, and scheduling content to sourcing stories through community engagement, interviews, and Q&As. You'll bring fresh ideas, craft compelling narratives that celebrate trail running and outdoor culture, and collaborate with our team to produce engaging content across MailChimp, Canva, and multiple platforms including social media, our website, and LinkedIn.
