Job Description

• Producing evaluation reports for funders to support acquittal requirements and ongoing grant applications. 
• Prepare accurate and effective grant applications. 
• Prepare quality cases, grants, and funding submissions.
• Research analysis to identify annual financial assistance programs.
• Recording and monitoring deadlines in the calendar of application and acquittal due dates.
• Identify appropriate Council and community projects which may be eligible for funding.
• .Work with the Grants Manager to ensure a collaborative approach.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A background in fundraising communications, research and/or media.
• Experience in prospect research.
• Experience and interest in researching and reporting on project outcomes.
• Proficient in using Excel to organise and present data and Powerpoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Flexible to work from Monday to Friday for 5 to 10  hours, weekly or weekends.
