Guide Dogs NSW/ACT is looking for expressions of interest from people in Fairfield and Ingleburn who can care for a Guide Dog in training in their home for 12 weeks from November to February. Following a house and yard inspection to assess for suitability, successful applicants will:

• Care for a 1 year old Labrador in their home for 12 weeks (NB: Guide Dog trainees are required to sleep inside)
• Drop the dog off to training at a location in your area between 7am and 8am each weekday, and pick the dog up in the afternoon between 2:30pm and 3pm (pick ups and drop offs can be arranged with a trainer if circumstances prevent you from transporting the dog).

All food, equipment and veterinary expenses will be covered by Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.
