Please contact us if you would like to build a friendship and spend leisure time with an active young man with an intellectual who loves watching and playing footy, plays the guitar and loves animals. No special qualifications or previous experience are required. An information session, ongoing support and training are provided. A 12 month minimum commitment is requested. Professional referee check and a National Police Check are conducted before becoming a volunteer. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS -All applicants must be over 18 years of age- -All applicants will be required to complete a Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme form at interview. -All prospective volunteers are required to attend a one hour Volunteer Information Session -2 positive professional reference checks -An international police check is required for applicants who have resided overseas for 12 months or more in the last 10 years
