4 Voices is a charity supporting women facing domestic violence, homelessness, isolation, and hardship. We connect women to safety, support, and a path forward; on the street, over the phone, or online. Our volunteers provide real help, hope, and dignity while restoring connection and empowering change.

As the Marketing Project Lead CONTENT for 4 Voices, you will support the team by managing projects that relate to all forms of communication. From donor brochures and appeal flyers to web updates, social media and event collateral, you’ll ensure all communications are polished, professional, and on-brand.

What you will do:

• Manage a team of volunteers who will deliver content work
• Plan and manage website content updates
• Be the keeper of brand and voice guidelines
• Oversee planning and rollout of social/blog/LinkedIn strategy
• Oversee the creation of all documents/brochures/marketing materials and printed collateral.
• Oversee the creation of all new media, including video content
• Track performance metrics and report on outcomes

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years marketing experience (agency preferred)
• Experience working on campaign launches
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Great project management and organisation skills
• Comfortable working with lean teams and volunteers
• Strategic but hands-on
