4 Voices’ mission is to provide support and social, digital, community, employment connections to women who may be or who are at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence and/or homelessness. We are building a volunteer network delivering frontline services to women in need.

What you will do:

• Pulling and preparing data from key systems (e.g. shifts, cancellations, volunteer coverage, vans) to support analysis and reporting.

• Assisting with analysis of frontline data, including shift cancellations, reliability trends, and key KPI's.

• Identifying patterns and insights that help explain why issues are occurring and where improvements could be made.

• Supporting improvement projects (e.g. Shift Cancellation Project, PATCH) with data, baseline metrics and simple progress tracking.

• Helping automate or streamline data collection where possible (e.g. repeatable reports, templates, or Power BI refresh processes) to reduce manual effort.

• Presenting insights clearly (short summaries, simple dashboard, or visuals) so leaders can use the information to guide decisions.
