Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator is primarily an administrative role responsible for responding to new volunteer EOIs, getting new volunteers set up in our internal systems, and maintaining our volunteer database.
Key duties:
- Responding to new volunteer expressions of interest
- Completing screening calls with new volunteers
- Completing volunteering onboarding processes including uploading details to our database and connecting the new volunteer via email with their supervisor
- Completing quarterly volunteering activity reporting
- Completing volunteer off-boarding processes
Skills and experience required:
- Basic use of computer, and ideally airtable (training available)
- Friendly, supportive nature
- Interest in climate action
