4 Voices’ mission is to support women who are or may be at risk of social isolation, family and domestic violence, or homelessness. We help women reconnect by providing social, digital, community, and employment support, especially for those facing barriers such as fear, shame, low English, or limited access to technology.

Purpose of the Role

As a storytelling content creator at 4 Voices, you will play a vital role in capturing and sharing the real, human stories behind our work. You will attend outreach shifts alongside volunteers to respectfully interview women who benefit from our services, speak with volunteers, and document moments of connection through photos, short videos, and written stories.

Your responsibilities include:

• In-field story collection, like gently interviewing women(with informed consent) and volunteers about their experiences with 4 Voices.
• Content creation, such as writing short story summaries, quotes, or captions.
• Collaboration with the marketing team about content needs.
