Learning & Development Lead - Remote Location

4Vioces' mission is to provide support through social, digital, community, employment connections to the women at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence or homelessness. We provide frontline services and phone support services to women living in Australia, who have difficulty connecting because of fear, shame, embarrassment, poor language skills, no access to technology, poor digital literacy.

role and responsibilities

As a 4Voices Learning & Development Administrator your role will be:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration.
  • Program Coordination and logistics.
  • Resource Management
  • Reporting and Data Management
  • General Administrative Support

You will be closely working with Learning and development practitioners, admin coordinators, people and culture team.

key skills and requirements

  • Warm and empathetic person with excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Managing training calendars, tracking participation, and coordinating logistics for workshops or virtual sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate records, managing data, and ensuring training materials are prepared correctly.
