Do you enjoy talking to people? Are you a good listener? We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team of interviewers. You'll use your creative thinking to match volunteers with the ideal role for their skills and interests. As an interviewer, you'll conduct initial interviews (in person or by phone), enter enrolment data in our system, liaise with our member organisations, make referrals, follow up on the outcome of referrals, and develop strong relationships with our clients.

This is a rewarding position where you'll become part of a friendly, passionate team of volunteers who work for a fun and relaxed organisation. You'll utilise and enhance your communication, time management and problem-solving skills while contributing to the development of stronger communities through volunteering.

You'll be given all necessary support, supervision, and ongoing training.
