People Systems Lead
4 Voices’ mission is to support women who are or may be at risk of social isolation, family and domestic violence, or homelessness. We help women reconnect by providing social, digital, community, and employment support, especially for those facing barriers such as fear, shame, low English, or limited access to technology.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The People Systems Lead will be the key point of contact for the People & Culture team focus on enhancing the experience of our employees and Volunteers from rostering, recruitment, training, engagement and recognition.
The new, interactive system is called “Patch” and will contain a comprehensive CRM solution tailored to meet the needs of the expanding 4 Voices organisation.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Designing of People system tools, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition.
- Working with People & Culture leaders to develop content, look and feel of tools.
- Planning and implementing the roll out of new tools
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience implementing HR / People systems (or similar)
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to design and improve people processes using tools
- Clear communicator who works well across teams.
