Grant Writer

4 Voices’ mission is to support women who are or may be at risk of social isolation, family and domestic violence, or homelessness. We help women reconnect by providing social, digital, community, and employment support, especially for those facing barriers such as fear, shame, low English, or limited access to technology.

As a Grant Writer, you will:

  • Research and identify suitable grant opportunities aligned with 4 Voices’ programs.
  • Write and edit high-quality grant applications, expressions of interest, and supporting documents with oversight from Fundraising and Marketing Officer.
  • Work closely with the Fundraising, Marketing and Leadership teams to clarify funding priorities.

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow grant guidelines precisely
  • Research skills to identify suitable funding opportunities
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work to deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
  • Compassionate and aligned with the mission and values of 4 Voices
