At 4 Voices, we walk alongside women facing domestic violence, homelessness and social isolation. Our volunteers help them to reconnect to safety, dignity and hope, one genuine conversation at a time. We deliver our frontline services from solar powered "connection hub" vans that are equipped with technology, laptops, printers/scanners/copiers, WIFI, music and coffee/tea making facilities.

As a Frontline volunteer you'll create a safe, welcoming space where every woman feels seen and heard, help them access essential services, and offer the kind of compassion and connection that can change the direction of someone's life. You'll gain hands-on experience in understanding, supporting and advocating for marginalised women, an opportunity to strengthen your empathy, build practical skills and enhance future career opportunities. You'll have access to professional development opportunities in mental health first aid, suicide awareness training and trauma-informed care.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Empathetic, open-minded and able to meet people where they are.
• Genuinely passionate about making a real difference in the community.
• Able to commit to volunteering 3-4 hours a week or fortnight, to ensure we remain reliable and consistent.

You must be eligible to hold a valid Working With Check for this role.
