Operations Technical Support
4 Voices provides practical support, safe spaces and connection to vulnerable women and girls through face-to-face support (Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Inner and Western Sydney) and phone support around Australia.
We value the contribution of our volunteers in supporting our commitment, without judgment, to build trust, confidence and warm relationships.
We are looking for someone able to:
- Respond to daily enquires about our volunteer management system, Better Impact
- Add and amend shifts for events and frontline activities
- Add new regular shifts aligned with operational needs and risk assessments
- Provide recommendations for internal customisation which will improve user experience
- Liaise with the supplier of our volunteer management system
- Organised, reliable and good time management -Experience in operations, administration or system management desirable but not required
