Real change is hard. But it starts with connection. At 4 Voices, we walk alongside women facing domestic violence, homelessness, isolation and crisis. We help them reconnect — to safety, to dignity, to a path forward. This isn’t just “having a cuppa and a chat.”

You’ll join a powerful network of volunteers restoring dignity and connection to women doing it tough — and you’ll find purpose, growth, and support along the way. This is not easy work. But it changes lives. Including yours.

We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about making a difference and can commit 3–4 hours each week or fortnight to help us be a consistent, reliable presence for the women we support. If you’re empathetic, open-minded and able to meet people where they’re at, we’d love to have you on the team. You must be eligible to hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for this role.
