Blog/LinkedIn Content Creator

Purpose of the Role

As the Content Creator for 4 Voices blog and LinkedIn page, you will play a key role in sharing our impact and amplifying our voice through written content. You’ll be responsible for writing blogs and LinkedIn articles (approx. 2–3 per month), based on topics developed with the marketing team. In addition, you’ll manage our LinkedIn presence — ensuring posts are engaging, professional, and aligned with our mission. Your work will help build credibility, grow our audience, and inspire greater awareness and support for women in crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Writing
  • Write 2–3 high-quality blogs or LinkedIn articles per month
  • Develop topics in collaboration with the marketing team during monthly meetings
  • Craft content that is clear, inspiring, and aligned with 4 Voices’ values
  1. LinkedIn Management
  • Upload and publish blog posts and articles on LinkedIn
  • Create and schedule regular LinkedIn posts to grow engagement and visibility
  • Monitor post interactions, respond to comments, and track growth over time
  1. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to align messaging
  • Ensure all content follows brand tone and guidelines
  • Provide brief monthly updates on published content, engagement, and LinkedIn growth

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with ability to adapt tone for blogs and LinkedIn
  • Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading ability
  • Organised and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Confident using LinkedIn for content publishing and engagement
  • Collaborative, able to take ideas from team meetings and develop them into polished content
  • Compassionate and aligned with the mission of 4 Voices

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience with content strategy or editorial planning
  • SEO knowledge to optimise blog posts
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure post-performance
  • Graphic creation skills in Canva to pair visuals with articles
