Title: Volunteer UGC Content Coordinator – Women 4 STEM (2–2.5 hrs/week)

**Time commitment: **~2-2.5 hours/week | Location: Remote/flexible (AU-based)

Cause: Help drive equity for women in STEM through the identification and management of user generated content across our social media channels

About Women 4 STEM Founded in 2005, Women 4 STEM is a not-for-profit charity championing the entry, retention and progression of women in STEM—across school, university, industry and leadership.

The opportunity Love social media and community stories? We’re looking for a UGC Content Coordinator to find, permission and organise User-Generated Content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok (multiple pages per channel). Your work will help us showcase real voices and amplify impact—sometimes even in Meta Ads.

What you’ll do (2–3 hrs/week) • Monitor hashtags, tags and mentions to discover great UGC. • Shortlist, request permission, and credit creators. • Maintain an organised UGC Library (links, files, rights info) for easy access. • Flag the strongest assets for potential Meta Ads and high-reach posts. • Share weekly highlights with our social team. What you’ll bring • Solid grasp of social platforms and trends. • Clear, friendly written communication; confident DM outreach. • Excellent organisation and attention to detail. • Reliability—comfortable keeping a light weekly cadence.

Nice to have (training provided) • Meta Business Suite experience; spreadsheets for tracking. • Understanding of permissions/crediting.
