Fundraising Coordinator
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a fundraising plan in line with the Club’s financial goals.

Organise fundraising activities such as raffles, BBQs, canteen rosters, trivia nights, and community events.

Coordinate fundraising initiatives with local schools, businesses, and community groups.

Seek and manage donations of goods, services, and vouchers for fundraising activities.

Promote fundraising activities to Club members, families, and the wider community.

Work with the Sponsorship Coordinator to ensure activities complement sponsorship efforts.

Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and permits.

Track income and expenses from fundraising activities and report outcomes to the Committee.

Recruit, roster, and support volunteers to assist with fundraising events.

Acknowledge and thank supporters and contributors appropriately.
