About the Role As Operations Officer, you’ll be the glue that holds our mission together behind the scenes. This is a dynamic and evolving role that requires initiative, structure, and heart. You’ll work closely with the CEO and other team members to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine administrative systems and procedures to support program delivery and growth.
- Coordinate internal operations including scheduling, team communications, and task tracking.
- Support grant reporting, compliance, and document management.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, funders, and community partners.
- Assist in planning and logistics for workshops, retreats, and events.
- Help develop and implement systems for impact tracking and data management.
- Provide support in HR processes, onboarding, and policy updates.
