Advocate for mental health awareness and de-stigmatization within the youth community. Engage with youth to provide resources, support, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Create and share engaging content on social media platforms to reach a wider audience (via texts & videos) Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in mental health promotion.

Build and manage relationships with current and potential donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners. Work closely with volunteers, fostering strong communication and ensuring they feel valued and engaged. Identify and cultivate new partnerships with schools, local businesses, organizations, and community groups. Write and submit clear, persuasive, and well-structured grant proposals tailored to each funder's requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals. Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations. Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns. Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, track progress towards goals, and provide regular reports to the board of directors.
