4 Voices supports women who are socially isolated or at risk of family violence or homelessness. We help women reconnect through community, digital, social and employment support. We are building a nationwide volunteer network delivering frontline services to women in need.

As the 4 Voices Van Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership and support role ensuring our fleet of vans are safe, well-maintained, and ready to serve women in need across all regions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support Regional Van Caretakers to ensure consistent van operations.
• Maintain vans to 4 Voices standards, including cleaning, stocking, and safety checks.
• Coordinate mechanical servicing, repairs, and liaise with service providers and garaging partners.
• Monitor compliance with van care protocols, manuals, and procedures.
• Manage van stock levels, ordering, and redistribution across regions.
• Maintain records and provide monthly updates to the National Frontline Manager on van status.
