Key Responsibilities:  Identify and implement AI tools to assist the CEO with strategic planning, board reports, annual reporting, and budgeting.  Support the Marketing and Fundraising team by using AI to enhance campaign planning, social media content creation, event coordination, media releases, and grant applications.  Assist the Operations team by creating AI-supported policy templates, shift reports, training manuals, and standard operating procedures.  Work with the People and Culture team to develop AI-powered tools for volunteer recruitment, training programs, performance management, and volunteer recognition.  Train and support volunteers and staff to confidently and ethically use AI tools in their roles.  Create easy-to-use templates and resources that allow teams to replicate and scale processes efficiently.
